We are always based on the amount of bedrooms/baths/and living rooms in your house. That's how we give you estimated price for house cleaning cost.
Is It Going To Be The Same People Cleaning My House All The Time?
Yes, we are going to be the same people all the time.
Do We Take Cash And Checks?
Yes, we do take both. A $25 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
Will All House Cleaning Visits Cost the Same Amount?
No, as many cleaning companies you may understand that the first time cleaning will always be more because there will be more cleaning to do the first time. After the first cleaning we will charge you just a regular price that will be discussed with you at the time we give you an estimate.
What Areas Do We Cover?
We don't have an specific area that we cover because we always go wherever there's work that needs to be done.
Do We Charge By The Hour Or By The Job?
we charge by the job because sometimes it might take us more time than expected and we don't like our clients paying more than what they can afford.
Are We Able To Provide You With References?
Sure we do, because we like our new clients to know how we work, and make sure that we are the right people that they are looking for.
Do We Do Free Estimates?
Yes, we do but most of the time we tell the prices by phone since we get an idea of how big the house is by the explanations clients give us.
Do We Negotiate Our Prices?
Most of the times we do depending on the job. But Don't hesitate about asking us about it.
What If You Refer Us To A Friend?
We will give them and give you an additional 15% off on any project that you or your friend might have.
Do J&J Do Last Minute Cleaning?
Yes, we do. We are always available to help you with your last minute cleaning.
Does J&J Charge More For A Last Minute Cleaning?
No, we don't. Our price always stay the same for a regular cleaning and for a lat minute cleaning.
Do I Have To Be Home When J&J Cleans?
Not necessarily. A lot of J&J clients are working by the time we get to your house . Also, most of them prefer to come back home when we are done or just provide us with a key. But that's basically up to you.
Do You Guarantee a Day and Time for My House Cleaning Appointment?
J&J ordinarily guarantees a specific day for your house cleaning but most of the time not really an specific time. Due to our flexible and ever-changing schedule, we are unable to commit to a specific time of day for our arrival. But we are always making sure that we will be at your house for cleaning at the time discussed.
What If I Need to Reschedule a House Cleaning?
We always ask to please let us know at lest 24-48 hrs before your cleaning appointment.
What If I Accidentally Lock J&J Out on My Cleaning Day?
The first time there will not be any fee, because we understand that accidents happen. But if it happens more than once an additional $15 will be added to your next cleaning services.
What Should I Do About My Security/Alarm System on Cleaning Day?
If you have a security system, please make necessary arrangements to give your J&J team access to your home on your scheduled day. Some clients establish a guest or temporary code for J&J Services.
What Should I Do With My Pets During the House Cleaning?
Please advise us if you have pets and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know. Though not a requirement, we prefer pets to be restricted from the areas we clean, to allow us to clean your home better and more efficiently.
How Shall I Pay for My House Cleaning?
You may pay by cash or check. Payment is due at time of service. If you do not intend to be at home at time of service you may choose to either leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter the morning of your house cleaning. A $25 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
Do I Need to Provide House Cleaning Equipment or Supplies?
We provide all cleaning solutions and supplies, so you never need to worry about replenishing your supply for us. If you have special house cleaning products you want us to use, please be sure to discuss this with us in advance, so that way we will already know.
